How it works

From registration to payment in 5 structured steps

Detailed process

Process overview

Invokap structures each eligible B2B receivables assignment transaction: document verification, funding structuring, legal acquisition by INVOKAP LIMITED, seller payment and debtor settlement monitoring.

1

Registration

The business creates its account and provides its company information.

2

Invoice submission

The seller submits the invoice, debtor information and available supporting documents.

3

Verification

InvoKap reviews the seller, debtor, documents, due date and 90% credit insurance coverage.

4

Transaction structuring

If the receivable is eligible, Invokap structures the transaction and may offer it to approved professional investors for funding.

5

Assignment and payment

After acceptance, INVOKAP LIMITED legally acquires the receivable, the assignment contract is signed electronically, and funds are sent to the seller within 24–48 hours subject to validation.

The investor funds the transaction via Invokap; they do not buy the invoice directly from the seller.

Required documents

  • Invoice PDF
  • Proof of delivery or signed contract
  • Debtor information
  • Debtor contact details
  • Seller company bank details (IBAN)
  • Company identification documents

Seller payment

After validation, the seller is paid by bank transfer to the IBAN registered in their profile, generally within 24–48 hours subject to validation.

Debtor notification

The debtor is informed of the change of creditor and must pay INVOKAP LIMITED according to the instructions provided.

Payment monitoring

Every step is tracked on the platform, from assignment to debtor settlement.
