General questions
Invokap is an invoice financing platform operated by Finorys SAS. FINORYS SAS remains the legal purchaser of receivables assigned through the platform. Sellers sign with Invokap; debtors pay Invokap. Professional investors may fund selected receivables acquisition transactions operated by Invokap.
Unlike a loan, invoice assignment is not a debt. You sell an asset (your receivable) for immediate cash. This does not impact your borrowing capacity and does not appear as debt on your balance sheet.
Any company (SME, mid-cap) that issues B2B invoices can use our platform. You must be a legally established company (valid SIREN) and your debtors must be companies (not individuals).
