Invest in insured business receivables
Fund verified B2B receivables acquisition transactions operated by Invokap.
How it works
A clear sequence from verification to investor repayment — Invokap remains the legal counterparty to the seller and debtor workflows.
1. Invokap verifies the receivable
Each receivable undergoes internal review, debtor verification and insurance eligibility analysis before becoming available.
2. Professional investors fund transactions
Verified professional investors select one or multiple receivables and fund the transaction instantly via secure bank transfer.
3. Invokap acquires the receivable
Invokap signs the receivable acquisition agreement directly with the seller and becomes the legal purchaser of the receivable.
4. The debtor pays Invokap
The debtor pays the invoice amount directly to Invokap at maturity.
5. Investor repayment
Once funds are received, Invokap repays the investor according to the funded transaction terms. In case of non-payment, credit insurance procedures are initiated.
Credit insurance protection
- Receivables are reviewed before publication on the investor side.
- Insurance eligibility is checked as part of the Invokap workflow.
- Credit insurance may reduce non-payment risk according to policy terms.
- Invokap coordinates claims management and recovery procedures within the policy framework.
We do not promote “guaranteed returns”, “risk-free investment” or “guaranteed capital”.
